Grampian Country Food Group, one of Europe’s largest suppliers of cooked and prepared meats, chose Clearsilver to help develop a strategic marketing strategy for Sainsbury’s. The challenge was to define and segment the cooked meat sector across the fixture from everyday eating to special occasion treats.
Clearsilver worked on the Sainsbury’s ‘Taste the Difference’ range for Grampian Country Food Group. Following extensive consumer research, Clearsilver developed a range of innovative pack formats and design options which led to what was an extremely successful project, with Clearsilver also developing the range sell-in presentation to Sainsbury’s buying teams.
