At Progression we realised that we were not delivering the core experience that larger organisations need in order to feel confident that their content can be built, managed and rolled out in Progression. We broke this large overarching problem down into 3 parts.
Problem 1 — Management
Difficult to manage cross-team build and track progress, so many orgs spin their wheels, take build activity offline, or fail to get there at all.
Problem 2 — Content
Content is not scalable and reusable and should be supported by productising our 'human' advice which we know gives orgs a high confidence boost that they're building right.
